We love fashion and thankfully, Nigeria has been blessed with some very talented designers.

Here is a list of some of our very own designers who are making us proud both locally and internationally;

Folake Folarin Coker

She is a mother, lawyer and founder of Tiffany Amber. She has been recognised for her colourful creations and international reputation like CNN reviews and Mercedes Fashion Week in New York. Folake has proved to be one of the most talented designers of our time.




Ade Bakare

Ade has been known for his excellent creations when it comes to evening gown and wedding dresses. With twenty successful years in the fashion industry, Ade has been able to gain enormous international reputation with his clothing line in London and designing for boutiques in Uk and France.





Deola Sagoe

She is the founder of the house of Deola Sagoe. If you are talking about international fans such as Will Smith and Oprah, she has them. If you are talking about international awards like MNET, she has it. Her multilayered and colourful designs have earned her a remarkable amount of respect in the global fashion industry.





Frank Oshodi

Frank kick started his career as a model for several fashion houses. He is the founder of House of Bunor. He also ventured into make up artistry which later led him to the styling of Agbani Darego for her 2001 Miss World Title. He designed the dress that she wore to win the competition. He is surely a designer to look to when it comes to Bridal dresses.





Duro Olowu

Dele is well known for creating magical designs from ancient Nigerian culture. His designs have been worn by international celebrities such as Michelle Obama, Uma Thurman, Linda Evangelista and a host of others. His works are remarkable with a mix of African prints that always speak class.
